No Cookies. No Trackers. No Banner.

Every website we build sets zero cookies on its visitors. No tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no "accept all" pop-ups. This is not a design choice — it is a rule built into the generation pipeline that creates every site. The build automatically rejects any file carrying:

  • Set-Cookie logic or browser cookie APIs
  • Known tracking beacons (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Clarity)
  • Consent-banner frameworks (OneTrust, Cookiebot, CookieYes)
  • Any external script not on a tiny allowlist

If a future redesign ever tried to inject tracking, the deploy would fail. That is deliberate.

Privacy-Friendly Analytics (Opt-In Only)

If — and only if — you ask for it, we can switch on privacy-friendly analytics (GoatCounter or Plausible). These tools count visits without storing cookies or identifying anyone. It remains switched on per site, at your request, never by default.

What This Means for You

Your visitors just get the website. Pages load fast because no third-party code blocks rendering. Nothing follows people around after they leave. You need no cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Outreach and Communications

Our outreach to businesses is conducted under GDPR legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) with full sourcing disclosure. Every message includes:

  • A clear disclosure of how we found your business and why we're contacting you
  • An easy opt-out: reply "unsubscribe" and your data is erased, your preview link deleted, and no further contact will occur
  • A human approval gate — no message is ever auto-sent without dashboard review

Any reply from you ends the automated sequence. You get a human answer, not step N+1 of a drip campaign.

Terms of Service

These terms are summarised for this brochure site. Full contract terms are provided at the start of every engagement.

Build Fee and Payment

  • One-off build fee: €500 per site, including domain setup and Cloudflare Pages deploy.
  • Deposit: 50% due before generation begins (non-refundable once generation starts).
  • Balance: 50% due upon delivery of the final deployed preview.
  • Payment via Stripe invoice or bank transfer, issued in EUR.

Revision Policy

The build fee includes up to 4 revision rounds. Each round consists of: generate → QA screenshot check → if QA fails, feedback is fed back to the generator → rewrite → QA again. After 4 rounds, if the site still hasn't passed QA, we present the best-passing version with a documented list of remaining issues.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Before generation starts: Full refund minus €50 admin fee if cancelled within 48 hours of deposit.
  • Mid-build: No further charges. Prorated refund: deposit minus actual cost to date (€125 per generation round consumed, minimum €125).
  • After delivery: Care plans cancellable at any time with immediate effect; no partial refunds for the current month.

Data Protection

We collect only the personal data necessary to provide our service: business contact details from publicly available sources (your website, Google Places, your public business listing) for outreach purposes. Your data is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose beyond what is described here.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by replying to any outreach message with "unsubscribe" or by emailing us directly.
